Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum Order 20 of each SKU for a 10% Price Discount
2. On Approved Credit only with signed purchase order, otherwise 50% deposit will apply.
3. All ONPL orders will be shipped and invoiced March 31, 2009 (or sooner if required)
4. We will store and insure all ONPL products at our plant, until March 31, 2009.
5. All pricing will be protected on ONPL orders until shipped.
6. By signing this contract, you agree to pay the entire amount of the order. No refunds, changes or cancellations will be given without the written consent of Metal Fabricators and Welding Ltd.
